Part Engineering Analyst

Report to PS&L Manager

Required Education/ Background: 

Automotive Engineering degree, Mechanical Engineer degree

Minimum experience:

At least 3 years experiences in Automotive industry

Others 

Experience in aftersales service/products is a plus 

Business Acumen is a plus

Customer Service experience.

Good at English (Writing, Speaking & Listening) and MS Office (Word/Excel, Power Point).

Good analytical skill.

Creative, teamwork, careful and capable to learn new concepts

Good communication and interpersonal skills (negotiation, coordination, presentation…)

Good at customer satisfaction-oriented mindset

1.1 Manage service part number systems.

Work with oversea supplier to secure Microcat for Vietnam, promptly, accurately.

Support Dealers in providing correct part numbers for the vehicles.

Monitor Engineering Changes to assure the accuracy of parts to be used.

Regularly do part pricing confirmation.

 

1.2 Comply with the Government policies for automotive part importation.

Work with the suppliers to provide the necessary documentation, doing the testing if require, to provide certification for parts importation.

 

1.3 Involve in process of Claim Handle 

Review claims of wrong parts.

Review and classify parts returned due to claims.

Provide action and follow up with warehouse team to prevent dealer claim.

 

1.4 Support new product launch/new dealer launch

Develop Initial Part Lists for new products.

Develop Initial Stock Order Part for dealers.

Provide training on Microcat for dealers.

 

1.5 Part Sourcing

In charge of local sourcing for service parts.

Keep contact with MP&L for purchase parts for urgent cases.

 

1.6 Any other tasks assigned by direct Supervisor or Head of Department.
