Part Time Accounts Assistant Job descriptionA lovely opportunity to join a very well established business as part of the Accounts Team, as a Part Time Accounts Assistant working Monday to Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm
Key responsibilities:
Maintaining spreadsheets for the department Raising and processing invoices Raising statements and chasing debtors Managing the department’s emails and post Preparing supplier payment runs Processing supplier invoices & expense forms Using Sage accounts system Reconciling and inputting credit card transactions Providing administrative support to the teamThe Ideal candidate:
Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner with previous experience of a busy environment Computer literate with an aptitude for numbers Strong communication skills Ability to work with individuals across departments and liaise with external customers and contacts Solid organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload1 day ago
