**Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant**
**Hourly Rate:** $10/hr

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our office with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with office software, we'd love to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
+ Answering and directing phone calls
+ Managing and scheduling appointments
+ Filing and organizing documents
+ Assisting with data entry and maintaining office records
+ Responding to emails and customer inquiries
+ Assisting with bookkeeping tasks as needed
+ Performing other administrative duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
+ Experience with QuickBooks (preferred, but not required)
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Must be reliable and punctual
**Pay Details:** $10.00 per hour
