Our client, a charitable nonprofit, is seeking a temporary part-time Administrative Assistant to provide some much-needed administrative relief! This person will support their team in Washington, DC starting mid-March and last through late April. If you're interested, apply today!
About the Job:
* Manage calendaring, scheduling, meetings, and invitations.
* Support relevant aspects of event planning.
* Compile forms and updating mailing/visitor lists.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team as needed.
About You:
* 1+ years of relevant administrative experience is required.
* A bachelor's degree is required.
* Proficient in MS Office Products (especially Excel and Word).
* Detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
About the Position:
* $20/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience.
* Part-time for 20 hours/week.
* Temporary from 3/17-4/25.
* 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
