Job Summary

JEO’s Administrative Team provides support to employees throughout the company.  A successful candidate must have excellent organizational and computer skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and the Windows operating system. Prior administrative experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, are necessary. The position requires the candidate to be highly motivated, well organized, self-starting, and work well in a supportive team environment. This position is part-time, 15 hrs/week. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)Greet visitorsSupport technical staff with bidding and contract documents, pay applications, change orders, and miscellaneous project documentsProcess employee travel requestsCoordinate conference room meetings and mealsProvide general support to staff such as document editing, data entry, shipping, and office supply purchasingSupport office building matters/requestsUpdate and maintain company office informationAssist with event planning

Qualifications and Skills

1+ years of experience in an office environmentStrong organizational abilityAbility to work independently and multi-task with attention to details, accuracy, and deadlinesDependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeHighly flexible and adaptableProficient in MS Office products including Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Adobe
