If you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we’d love to have you on our team! **What You’ll Do:** + **Comprehensive Care:** Provide primary care, manage patient health, and perform assessments to support both physical and psychosocial well-being. + **Collaborative Care:** Work hand-in-hand with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care. + **Patient Education:** Promote health, wellness, and disease prevention while supporting patients through their health journeys. + **Clinical Expertise:** Stay ahead of the curve in your specialty by applying advanced knowledge and skills in patient care. **What You Need to Bring:** + **Education:** Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing program. + **Licensure:** Current RN license in Missouri. + **Certification:** Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with active certification. + **Experience:** 1-3 years working as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and at least 1 year of experience working with pediatric patients. + **Collaboration:** Hold a current Collaborative Practice Arrangement with the organization. + **Certification:** Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) verification. + **Clinical Expertise:** Demonstrates expertise in family practice and patient care. + **Leadership Skills:** Ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership within your role. **Physician Assistant (PA)** Are you a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) who is ready to deliver high-quality care under the guidance of collaborative physicians? As a **Physician Assistant (PA)** , you’ll provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services, working closely with patients and the healthcare team to provide effective and efficient care. You’ll assess and treat patients, order and interpret tests, make diagnoses, and offer preventive advice—all while ensuring the highest standards of care.
