Associa is currently looking for an experienced Part Time Assistant Property Manager to join our team at REIProperty & Asset Management in Milford, CT.The Part Time Assistant Property Manager assists in the management and operations management of homes and real estate investments.

\nHow will you make an impact?
\nThe Part Time Assistant Property Manager helps the company grow by:
\n\nProcess work orders.\nPrepare violation letters.\nDraft various correspondence to homeowners, board members and vendors.\nTake meeting minutes and follow up action items.\nReview and confirm contract requirements are met.\nAnswer phone calls and respond to unit owner inquiries.\nRespond to email inquiries.\nMeet vendors and third parties on site at association.\nPerform monthly site visits at association.\n\n Requirements\nProficient in Microsoft Office (calendar, email, and Word).\nSelf-motivated, reliable, resourceful, and customer focused.\nMultitasking and independent worker.\nStrong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).\nMonthly evening availability (board meetings).\nEvening and weekend availability (for emergency calls once properly trained).\n\n\n
