Hourly Rate: $29.00 (20 hours per week)

 

As a part time Sportsbook Content Analyst at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will execute on content strategy by enhancing the customer experience during the most important nighttime and weekend sports betting moments. With a finger on the pulse of developing narratives, you’ll have a focus of capitalizing on the key live sport moments, driving customer engagement, and enhancing the fan experience for our customers. 

 

This role involves working in majority nighttime and weekend shifts. 

 

Responsibilities

Create custom bet offers and manage the complete user experience through administration of a back office CMS across critical pages of the mobile product, including Discover, Schedule, Single Event, Search, League, and Free to Play  Leverage data and customer research insights to drive daily content curation decisions which align with greater FBG KPIs Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science and Operations teams to create and implement a best-in-class, intuitive, and scalable betting experience for our customers - driven by data, user research, and competitor analysis Manage always on trending 24/7 content along with strategic push notification implementation  Remain constantly plugged into all sporting narrative, player statuses, schedules etc. in order to produce a relevant offering at any given moment of the sporting calendar Ensure that Fanatics is putting the customer at the heart of our Content strategies

Experience And Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1 - 4 years of relevant experience A real passion for sport, and an inherent understanding of what sports fans want in order to be entertained Strong prerequisite knowledge of sports betting, the current competitive industry landscape, and an understanding of probabilities and basic statistical knowledge Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and effectively work cross-functionally across different teams at FBG and the larger Fanatics organization Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify all facets of Sportsbook Content to senior leadership Flexible work schedule will be required, mainly evenings, weekends, and holidays This role is remote, with the opportunity to  Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
