ResponsibilitiesHow will you make an impact?
Responsibilities
Provide a high level of customer service by greeting passengers and answer questions about flight schedules, connections and general airport/terminal accessMay be assigned to designated work area and assist passengers with bus or route information and/or assistance onto a busMonitor and maintain customer lines at each transfer pointActively communicate with peers and dispatcher regarding passenger loads and operational needsComply with ADA requirements as trainedRequired to wear safety vest when in designated areasStand and walk for long periods of timeOn occasion it may be necessary to ride with passengers to guide from bus shuttle to aircraft during remote operationsWork shifts that include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends and holidaysMust be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbsMonitor airport activity and perform required security challenges following established company, government and airport procedures in all secured areasPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsWho are we looking for?
Requirements
Minimum age: 18High school diploma, GED, or international equivalentWilling and able to work a variety of rotating shifts including days, nights, overnights, holidays, weekends, and rotating days offFlexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessaryMust be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags up to 75 lbs.Must be customer focused, detail oriented, and interested in the airline industryMust be comfortable working with computers and ability to learn new computer programsMust be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English languagePossess the legal right to work in the United StatesDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writingStrong organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills preferredAbove average attendance preferredOne year of customer service experience preferredPrior training and/or curriculum development experience preferred
