Part Time Bus Driver/Weekend Receptionist

Northern Riverview Assisted Living Program is seeking a Part time Bus Driver/Weekend Receptionist to work for our Assisted Living located in Haverstraw, NY.

DUTIES:

Basic administrative office functions; phone calls, data entry, sorting & distributing mail.Driving residents to appointments during the week. Typing reports & correspondence as required, Processing admissions/discharges.Initiating & coordinating transportation approvals and schedules.Relaying vital information to Nursing Staff & Medical Team.Maintains medical records as per protocol, thins out charts as required.Provides staff with employee manuals & forms.Inventories office supplies & performs all other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalentDrivers LicensePleasant phone skills & strong computer skillsSolid organizational and communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a high-pressure environmentShould be friendly and a team worker
