Job Description The Business Systems Architect collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to shape the clients system architecture. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing system designs that align with the clients objectives. Additionally, the Architect uses their expertise to guide leadership on the pros and cons of various design strategies, ensuring the optimal solution is selected. Skills and Requirements More than 7 years of experience in information technology, including business analysis, system administration, and support.  Experience with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure). o Knowledgeable in cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon Redshift). o Leverage SQL and enterprise data warehousing to support data-driven decision-making and enhance reporting capabilities.  Experienced in data modeling, database design, and data management strategies.  Ability to translate business requirements into system design documents  Deep troubleshooting experience  Understanding of SaaS technology  Bachelors degree in information technology or an equivalent combination of education Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Skilled in using diagram tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Draw.io).  Experienced with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Microsoft Power Platform).  Proficient in API development.  Familiar with work management platforms (e.g., Jira).  Proficient in applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma). null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
