Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers questions and resolve customer concerns via phone and email
- Process customer orders and monitor order statuses for customers
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
- Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working within customer service and order entry
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Desire to work 20-25 hours per week
