Position Highlights:
Our service window is Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 8 PM. You’ll work a 4-hour shift within this timeframe, scheduled a few weeks in advance to provide flexibility and ensure balanced coverage for our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT-related technical issues, leveraging both technical and customer service expertise.Guide clients through steps to restore functionality.Take responsibility for resolving issues or escalating to Level 2 support.Coordinate Service Requests, following up with cross-functional teams as needed.Collaborate with team members on problem-solving to identify optimal service solutions.Actively use and contribute to the knowledge base, helping to close knowledge gaps.Follow up on and manage Service Requests.Be part of a team where you are encouraged to reach your ambitions while contributing to a collaborative and impactful work environment.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Native/close to native language skills in English (support language)
Experience in telephone technical support or any customer service related field is an advantage
Considerable familiarity with MS Office Suite particularly and the Windows environment in general
Attention to details and analytical mind-set
Ability to work on multiple and/or similar activities simultaneously
Outstanding team player attitude
