Why does this role exist?
This role exists to support the efficient planning and execution of marketing and event-related projects that drive product adoption and customer engagement. The Event Marketing & Project Coordinator will manage multiple moving parts related to events, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Hiring for this position enables the client’s team to maintain high standards of communication and organization critical to their growth and success.

The Impact you’ll makeEvent Coordination & Vendor Communication\nResearch and liaise with conference hosts to gather event information.\nTake discovery and fact-finding calls with vendors to confirm details on software, technology, and logistics.\nManage vendor and customer communications professionally and clearly.\n
Project Management\nTrack deadlines, pricing tiers, start times, and materials related to events.\nCoordinate preparation of slide decks, marketing collateral, and other deliverables.\nEnsure alignment with client’s points of contact and meet all event-related deadlines.\n
Marketing Support\nAssist with general marketing projects as needed to support campaigns and initiatives.\nPerform accurate and timely data entry to maintain tracking and reporting systems.\n
Communication & Presentation\nMaintain a professional and presentable appearance and environment during vendor/customer calls.\nCommunicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.\n
