Old Harbor Solutions, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a federal contracting leader, is looking for an Part-Time Executive Driver/Mailroom Associate to support our client on-site in Vienna, VA. This role is multi-faceted and includes driving, mailroom duties, supply operations and conference room support.

 

Responsibilities: 

Create and maintain a daily transportation schedule. Schedule multiple transportation requests. Drive government executives and agency personnel to/from meetings throughout the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia (NOVA) areas. Receive, X-Ray, sort, process, and deliver/pick up of USPS mail including certified and registered mail. Pick up and deliver interoffice mail, magazines, and newspapers. Operate mailroom equipment such as, postage meters, X-Ray machine, handheld scanning devices, and familiar with FedEx and UPS rates and various types of shipment packaging. Schedule meetings and/or conference rooms for management. Set up conference rooms and arrange furniture. Maintain supply room and conduct regular inventories. Track inventory and order supplies as needed.

Requirements:

US Citizen. Fluency in English. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Active Secret Clearance Possess a valid driver’s license with no suspension record or charges of Influence (DUI) within the past five (5) years. Knowledge of the Washington, DC streets and the metro area and capable of re-routing in case of traffic or delays to ensure employees arrive timely. Completion of the free GSA Defensive driving course within 60 days after hire. Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jacks.

 

Work Hours

The standard period of work performance is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, your pivotal role may necessitate earlier arrival and/or later departure than the standard performance period. Hours worked outside the standard performance period will be eligible for overtime compensation at the specified rates, applicable only when the total weekly hours exceed forty (40) hours, excluding thirty (30) minutes allotted for daily lunch breaks.
