Part Time / Full Time Clinic Sales Consultant Department:Clinic Management Location:Los Angeles, CA Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Clinic Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for medical aesthetics, exceptional sales skills, and a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and Kate Somerville skincare products. As a Clinic Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our services, meeting sales targets, and providing outstanding customer service to clients. This is a Part-Time or Full-time role that includes Front Desk Receptionist responsibilities with aThursday-Saturday for Part Time or a Tuesday-Saturday schedule for Full Time. Responsibilities: + Conduct sales-based client booking via phone, email, and text, always listening to client needs and suggesting beneficial add-ons to their regimen. + Meet phone sales requirements and maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions. + Possess comprehensive knowledge of all treatments offered at the MedSpa, including their benefits, risks, and outcomes. + Stay informed about new product launches and have in-depth product knowledge of all skincare lines offered. + Provide base consultations to all new clients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products. + Achieve sales goals related to memberships, treatment packages, series, and retail product sales. + Achieve review goals by hitting Monthly Google Reviews + Ensure client rebooking and retention through exceptional service and personalized recommendations. + Identify opportunities for acquiring new clients through referrals, promotions, and community outreach. + Provide "White Glove" service to all clients, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a positive experience. + Have the ability to address and rectify customer complaints in real time, maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty. + Qualifications: + Previous experience in sales, a must, preferred in a wellness, or medical spa environment. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. + Deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and industry trends. + Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals. + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
