GAME/EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world-class serviceInteract with Amalie Arena guests, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.Adhere to all standard operating procedures and policiesComply with and adhere to all conduct standardsSuccessfully perform and direct varied and complex tasksMaintain a clean and neat appearance during work hoursProvide a clean and safe environment by performing sanitization proceduresSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor the performance, conduct, and attendance of all Guest Experience staff assignedResponsible for the quality of the performance, conduct, and effectiveness of their assigned team as a cohesive unitResponsible for the professional appearance of the Guest Experience team assigned to themResponsible for the quality and accuracy of all supervisor reports and incident reports generated during shiftESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a clean and safe environment by performing sanitization proceduresParticipate in a cross-training program amongst multiple departmentsMust adhere to attendance policy and be available for 70% of events across all venuesPerform other duties, as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
