A family located Gloucester Road, Kensington are looking for an experienced, friendly and self-motivated Housekeeper Cook to join them from January. The family are looking for someone to join them for 5 hours a day (25 hours a week) and are happy about the hours to either be in the morning or afternoon.
The family have two young children (full time nanny hired) and although there are no childcare duties, you must be happy to work in a home with children. The family are looking for someone who can take on all cleaning duties around the home as well as prepare evening meals for the family.
Job specification:
• Undertaking all daily cleaning duties
• Laundry and ironing for the family
• Washing and changing linens
• Organizing and tidying around the home
• Taking deliveries and putting shopping away
• Shopping for fresh groceries or essentials that need topping up
• Preparing an evening meal for the family to be eaten or warmed up
Candidate specification:
• Must be confident following recipes – preferred experience cooking Italian cuisine
• Must be happy to work in a home with children – no duties required
• A good level of English is required and bonus if an Italian speaker
• Someone with good energy, easy to have around and self-motivated
• Able to support with all cleaning duties and manage their own day
• Preferred self-employed candidate but flexible for the right person
