Part Time Human Resource Admin

Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating the employment process, conducting new employee orientations, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Coordinator will also plan and execute employee engagement events and work on special HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the employment process, including scheduling interviews, physicals, drug tests, and orientation.Conduct new employee orientation and ensure timely completion of all required paperwork.Recruit and interview candidates for vacant non-exempt positions.Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.Plan and execute employee engagement events.Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee files, both paper and electronic.Schedule meetings, notify attendees, and coordinate locations.Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents.Work independently on special HR projects, including maintaining social media pages.Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.1+ years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
