You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day. **ONSITE ONLY: Part-Time Inbound Call Center Child Support Specialist** Mandatory Paid Training | 2 weeks $14.00 per hour in training $14.00 per hour in production **Hours:** Will train full-time Monday-Friday- 8 AM-5 PM after training work schedule will be Appx 25 hours per week working hours are 8:20 am Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday-Friday 1 pm- 5 pm **What you get:** + Paid Training + Career Growth Opportunities + Great Work Environment + Perks + NO WEEKENDS **About The Role** As a Part-Time Outbound call center child support specialist, you will be responsible for: + Answer inbound calls regarding child support cases. + Handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment. + Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call. + Respond to South Carolina child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures. + Gather information, and research/resolve inquiries. + Inform callers about services available and assess caller's needs. + Provide peer-to-peer training for incoming training classes that transition to the call center floor. **Requirements** to be successful in this role you will: + Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education. + Be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test. + Demonstrate problem-solving skills. + 1-2 years experience in a call center environment. + Be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer. + Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. + The ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. + A strong work ethic. + Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills. + The ability to be detail-oriented. + Effective problem-solving skills. + The ability to be well organized. + Excitement for innovative technology. + Calm conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. + 100% attendance and punctuality commitment. + The ability to work independently. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
