Qualifications Minimum Requirements High school diploma required. Two (2) years college preferred. Formal Company training in monitoring equipment installation. At least five (5) years of supervisory experience required. At least three (3) years of work experience in Corrections or Law Enforcement industries preferred. Prior experience in delivering training presentations preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to deal with difficult situations/customers. Problem solving skills. Strong supervisory skills. Solid knowledge of contractual language/obligations. In-depth knowledge of Company monitoring operations and field equipment usage. Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department. BI Incorporated Responsibilities Summary Manages and coordinates the activities of Company Installers (Field Technicians). Manages multiple field install programs in compliance with specific agency contracts, Program Quality Plans and Electronic Monitoring (EM) business unit procedures. Works closely with Sales Department staff to establish and maintain effective install service programs and positive atmosphere. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Manages the activities of Installers in multiple locations to ensure compliance with agency contract requirements. Maintains working knowledge of contractual requirements for each agency contract that requires field Installer support. Monitors and reports on Company contractual performance. Develops and implements operational changes for Installer accounts to improve customer service as required. Provides research relative to Installer wages, population, and pricing recommendations for RFPs requiring Installer services. Implements the start-up of new install services programs as required. Oversees Installer management of EM equipment inventories. Coordinates the acquisition of local storage facilities as needed. Works with appropriate agency personnel to address installer performance issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Develops, implements and updates Program Quality Plans for each contract requiring Installer services. Works closely with applicable Company departments to ensure the effective operation of field install programs. Prepares routine reports regarding field operations and performance. Maintains close, continuous communication with Sales Department staff and other EM personnel and departments responsible for customer support to ensure that effective install services programs are implemented and that customer expectations are met. Responsible for development and monitoring of installment operations budget and financial reporting. Serves as a resource in assisting installment operations staff with troubleshooting equipment problems. Serves as a liaison between installers, agency staff and the Monitoring Center. Performs other duties as assigned.
