What Inventory Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.

Shift: Monday through Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Responsible for inventory for clientsInteracts with multiple departments within operationsUtilizes warehouse operations softwareFlexible with day-to-day tasksAble to prioritize

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferredProficient in Microsoft officeGood written communication skillsAbility to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift

What is expected of you and others at this level

Applies knowledge and company policies to complete a variety of tasksDemonstrates a working knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibilitymaintains appropriate licenses, training and certificationsWorks on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgment in resolving issuesMay assist in recommendation of processes on new assignmentsAdheres to all quality guidelinesWorks with limited supervision. Work occasionally involves review of output by work lead or supervisorMay provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members

Anticipated hourly range: $19.10 per hour - $21.60 per hour based on experience (includes shift differential)
