**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Part-Time Line Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in our kitchen. The Line Cook will be responsible for setting up workstations, cooking ingredients, preparing food, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Set up and stock food stations with all necessary supplies.
2. Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
3. Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
4. Answer, report, and follow executive or sous chef's instructions.
5. Clean up kitchen and follow health and safety guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
2. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
3. Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
4. Familiar with industry best practices and kitchen hygiene standards.
5. A team player with good communication skills.
**Schedule:**
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The schedule will include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
