Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you an LVN looking to make a real difference in the lives of youth and their families? Our psychiatric outpatient clinic in Santa Rosa is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Youth and Family Services unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Take and record vital signs.
Address medication questions and concerns.
Document services in the electronic health record.
Manage and administer injections.
Process step-out referral documents.
Coordinate care with primary care providers.
