Day in the Life of a Medical DirectorEvaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
Function as a leader and mentor to center staff. Sign off on orders.
Schedule & LocationsMyrtle Beach in-center 5 hours weekly (early morning hours). We can also offer additional hours in Charleston (5 hours weekly). We can be flexible with alternating weeks and schedule too. 5-10 hours weekly.Education and Licensure RequirementsLicensed, active Physician in the state of practice (SC)DEA licensure in SCEmergency or Internal Medicine experience with an interest in substance use disorders.
