Day in the Life of a Medical DirectorEvaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
Schedule & LocationsInterested medical providers should expect to work 1 day a week (5-hour shift). Flexible on what day the provider prefers but no Fridays!
This position will be in-office at our LaGrange office.
Education and Licensure RequirementsLicensed Physician in the state you will work for Crossroads.
DEA licensure in the state you will work for Crossroads.
Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience
Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.
12 hours of training in narcotic-addiction treatment within the 12 months preceding the date of hire.
