Part Time Merchandiser (Midland/Odessa)
**Job Description** GENERAL PURPOSE Maintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of service to each customer. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Check and report product voids · Maintain ad hoc merchandising · Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump · Set new stores and perform required resets · Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web based ordering · Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area · Assist with customer service issues or complaints · Complete pricing surveys as required · Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately · The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned as required **Requirements** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · High school diploma or equivalent preferred · 1 to 3 years of retail, customer service, or related experience · Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES · Excellent customer service skills · Able to interact positively and work effectively with others (interpersonal skills) · Able to organize time, energy, and resources effectively to achieve goals (i.e., organizational skills) · Able to follow directions and carry out instructions · Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented · Able to adapt and manage to change effectively · Able to handle challenging or conflict situations with tact and professionalism · Must be able to read, write and speak English An Equal Opportunity Employer
