Job Summary: This young family who Eden have worked with previously are looking for a new nanny as their current one is moving away. The oldest son is in reception, the family will take care o0f drop off/pick up so generally you won’t need to look after him unless he is unwell or during the school holidays. Your focus is looking after his adorable sister who is a happy smiley little girl who loves to play and is very engaged!
The role is sole charge, however Mum works from home and keeps out of sight as much as possible! The family are looking for a dependable and dedicated Nanny with calm, positive energy to support the little ones to achieve all their developmental milestones. The family employ a Housekeeper.
Job specification:
• Sole charge childcare
• Support daily routine and maintain a calm, positive environment
• Provide engaging activities to encourage learning and development
• All nursery duties e.g. child’s laundry, tidy nursery, restock of nappies etc
• Attend local playgroups, play in the garden, organise and supervise play dates.
• Prepare children meals on occasion
Candidate specification:
• Experience with similar ages is essential
• Fluent English skills is important -Have very good and open communication with parents
• Confident looking after two children and an understanding of their different needs
Enhanced DBS and paediatric first aid check required at offer stage
