Job Summary:
My client is a family of 3 which consists of mum, dad and their little girl who is 16 months old. Mum has recently returned to work after being on maternity leave so their little girl is in nursery. They are looking for a really warm and friendly Nanny with a passion for childcare who can bond amazingly with their daughter!
They would like a Nanny to support them in the afternoons after nursery to collect her from school three times a week on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Both mum and dad work full time in the office on the following days, therefore this position is sole charge for the whole evening routine and waiting for mum and dad to arrive home from work.
Mum and dad are very open to increasing the hours by a couple of hours in the day if the Nanny is happy to do housekeeping or food prep assistance.
Job specification:
• Provide sole charge care for children
• Collecting the little girl from nursery and bringing her home, by walking
• Reading and playing with the little girl after school
• Making their little girl a light snack after school
• Getting the little girl ready for bed
• Additional duties of housekeeping and cooking if the candidate is happy to do so!
Candidate specification:
• 3 years experience on working with a private household
• A nurturing, caring demeanour, a super friendly individual
• Happy for part time working hours
• Background checks and references required
Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
