Provide healthcare services in the clinic.

Provide healthcare consistent with training, current acceptable practice and protocols, including treatment and referrals to physician preceptor or other appropriate outside health care providers.Perform procedures such as dressing changes, ear irrigations, suture removal, etc.Administer vaccines and other injectables, allergy shots.  Phlebotomy and processing of lab specimens.  Perform CLIA waived tests such as monospot, strep, urinalysis, blood glucose.  Apply and read TB skin tests.Assist with special vaccine clinics.Respond to emergency situations.The above statements describe the job’s essential responsibilities and requirements.  They are not an exhaustive list of the duties that may be assigned to job incumbents.
