Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees, ensuring timely updates in the training matrix. Support event planning and coordination to ensure successful execution. Serve as a liaison with corporate HR to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for personnel. Collaborate with corporate HR on additional tasks and initiatives as required. Oversee the maintenance schedules for company vehicles, ensuring proper upkeep and documentation. Partner with the IT department to streamline the onboarding process for new employees. Prepare, format, and distribute memos, reports, and other essential office documents. Organize and maintain both digital and physical files within the company’s filing systems. Accurately input and retrieve data from spreadsheets, databases, and other organizational systems. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to address office needs and ensure smooth operations. Welcome and assist visitors, creating a professional and inviting office atmosphere. Provide support to team members by assisting with various tasks and projects as needed.
Competencies:
Previous office experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
