Our client, a non-partisan think tank, is looking for a temporary part-time Office Operations Coordinator to support their team for 20-30 hours per week!

About the Job:

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace support needs, promptly addressing employee inquiries and issues.Oversee essential office programs such as ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, and troubleshooting with IT.Handle travel coordination, project documentation, and calendar management as necessary.

About You:

1+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an administrative capacity, are required.Experience in event coordination and office management.Strong MS Office Suite skills are required.Possess exceptional communication skills, coupled with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:
