Part Time Online Sales Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Online Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving online sales, providing superior customer support, and managing online transactions to ensure a seamless experience for customers. This individual will work closely with the Chief Merchandising Officer to develop strategies to increase online sales, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure effective order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute full-cycle management of all online sales orders, ensuring timely processing, customer communication, and accurate order fulfillment.
· Collaborate with the CMO to develop and implement strategies for increasing online sales, improving margins, and boosting accessory sales and warranty percentages.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for customers inquiring about or completing online transactions, providing expert guidance and personalized service.
· Review and approve online orders and coordinate timely customer deliveries or pickups, ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.
· Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about market trends to offer customers relevant recommendations and updates.
· Monitor online sales performance, track key metrics (e.g., sales quotas, margins), and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business objectives.
· Manage and process all customer transactions related to New Leaf warranty claims.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the development of promotional campaigns or online advertisements to boost sales.
· Support inventory management, ensuring that online product listings reflect accurate availability and status.
· Handle returns, exchanges, and post-sale customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.
· Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common office tools.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
· Basic math skills and ability to analyze data to track performance and sales metrics.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting sales targets.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales, with a focus on e-commerce or online sales preferred.
· Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Tyler, or similar customer relationship management tools.
· Knowledge of online retail platforms, digital sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
· Experience with inventory management or fulfillment processes.
