Our model provides an exceptional level of care; and we look to add a Dental Assistant to our Houston team. Position Overview: This role will support the integration of specialty services into independent general and pediatric dental offices. The Dental Assistant serves to support and provide on-site training to enhance office efficiency and workflow in preparation for specialty production days. Primary Responsibilities: + Serve as an Orthodontic assistant to support reties, bondings and aligners + Implement changes and provide education and feedback to providers, departments and offices in relation to denials that impact revenue + Demonstrate exceptional integrity and composure with patients, staff and specialists + Corresponding with patients, if requested, that have any questions about treatment Qualifications: + Experience with orthodontic assisting required + Comfortable with presenting dental information to patients + Licensed RDA Shift: 8hrs a day Job Type: Part-time Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
