Answering: Answering chats and comments from all social media and other online platforms that Remedy has Tracking: Maintain daily tracking and monitoring to quantity inbound queries by channel, confirmed appointments and other metrics as needed. Knowledge Base: Help improve the knowledge base in IG and Notion so we have standard responses for common inquiries Inbound Patient Care: Answer patient queries on social media channels during the assigned schedule. You will also help in monitoring and observing the Patient Support team’s answers on different channels. Google Reviews: You will oversee and execute the outreach to secure 5-star Google Reviews (with photos) from patients Public Relations: Assistance in crisis management, bad reviews and negative communications Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze analytics reports to acquire insights on traffic, demographics and effectiveness of social media campaigns and marketing executions
