Shift Details | Days and Shifts will vary due to business Needs | 2-3 days off per week | Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will ensure kitchen preparation is complete and meet company standards, so each guest receives an unforgettable meal. You will prepare food using recipes according to company specifications with diverse methods of preparation. You will report to the Chilis General Manager.
Primary Tasks:
You will prepare a variety of food with diverse methods of preparation and follows specific product prep and handling procedures and plate preparation.Follow all company safety and sanitation procedures.Ensure execution of recipe procedures whole maintaining a high quality and product.Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.Maintain proper par levels to ensure kitchen service it not disrupted.You will communicate potential problems with cooks, managers, and serve.Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.Break down and clean station or work area at end of shift.Ensure rotation of all products and stocks product to par.Safely transport items to and from kitchen on a slick surface.Clean and sanitize throughout the shift.Perform all responsibilities following established company policies to achieve the objective of this position.Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum team member morale, productivity, and efficiency.You will display a favorable image of Chili's Bar & Grill.Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
