Position summary: The Part Time Real Property Specialist will be responsible for coordinating right of way projects.

This position is not eligible for employer based sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification. 

 Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Conduct complex title research  Prepare land acquisition forms  Establish current market value of subject land including non-complex appraisal work  Conduct complex negotiations with landowners to secure properties through purchase, donation, or condemnation  Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, project estimates, purchase orders, specifications, and drafts contract documents for projects  Complete complex relocation assistance work as required in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, As amended (Uniform Act)   Serve as Project Manager on small non-complex right of way projects
