Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist

Job Description

The receptionist answers phones and performs customer service and other clerical duties as may be assigned. This role requires maintaining the Front Desk Reception, performing customer service by greeting customers, directing them to service areas, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas, and contacting salespersons for customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering and directing incoming telephone communications, ordering necessary supplies when authorized by managers, and performing other clerical duties to assist in the smooth functioning of the dealership. Maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor towards customers and other employees is essential.

The position is located in NE Salem

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 2:50 PM to 8 PM, Saturday (mandatory) from 7:50 AM to 2 PM or 1:50 PM to 8 PM, and two Sundays a month from 10 AM to 3 PM or 2 PM to 7 PM. Training will be conducted for 5 days during the daytime from 9 AM to 3 PM and for 3 days during closing hours with a team member. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
