The Position We are seeking a Part-time Remote BCBA Supervisor to join our team. This role is 100% remote with oversight of Telehealth and in-person sessions conducted in clinics or client homes. As a BCBA Supervisor, you'll: + Deliver impactful caregiver-mediated treatment (CMT). + Oversee engaging social skills groups. + Support and supervise RBTs and student analysts, helping them thrive professionally. + Collaborate with a dynamic team to implement individualized, high-quality ABA programs. Key Responsibilities + Provide hands-on clinical supervision using Behavioral Skills Training (BST). + Facilitate caregiver training to foster active participation and successful client outcomes. + Ensure at least 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours. + Deliver a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week. + Work in diverse settings, including clinics, homes, and telehealth, to meet client needs. + Collaborate to meet organizational KPIs and drive program excellence through meeting deadlines and following company policies. + Monitor treatment progress and maintain detailed, timely documentation.
