The remote customer service representative is responsible for answering inbound calls from 3rd party customers. You will be assigned specific accounts and provide customer service to those accounts. Accept payments, verify account information, and make updates or changes to account information such as billing or contact info. When appropriate you may also inform customers regarding incentives or upgrades that they are eligible for.
