ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet fans and provide world-class plus serviceAssist fans with retail purchases through Point of Sale (POS) systemsAssist with stocking retail merchandise on sales floorAssist with replenishing retail merchandise on displays/shelves during and after gamesAssist with inventory of merchandiseOther duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS           

Must be 18 years old with high school diploma or GED requiredMust successfully complete pre-employment background check screeningExperience working in retail or sales preferred, cash handling skills preferredAbility to learn and retain inventory knowledge so that you will be able to assist guests looking for certain products and utilize knowledge to up sell retail productsAbility to provide a fun and professional environment for fansOutgoing personality and desire to provide world-class plus service to fansAbility to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environmentExceptional accuracy when using Point of Sale (POS) systemsAbility to stand on feet for long periods of time and ability to lift a maximum of 25 poundsPhysical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, and grasping
