We seeking a driven, customer-focused Retail Professional to join our Blacktown Concept Store on a Part Time basis.

Key responsibilities:

An adidas retail professional is responsible for driving the store net sales and consumer experience within an adidas concept store, achieving high productivity, and contributing to an active selling environment.

- Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals, in turn building brand equity.

- Operates POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.

- Ensures that visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.

- Processes merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor

- Supports a culture of inclusion and positivity through open feedback and living the adidas values 

- Communicates a desire to learn and seizes all available opportunities to drive own development and increase performance.

Requirements:
To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
 
Working Hours:
To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
