Sales & Lettings Valuer - PART TIME

E23,OOO - E25,OOO (experience dependent) Pro-rata + Commission + Holiday + Pension + Company Benefits + Training + Progression
The Role:
You will be expected to cover Monmouthshire, Abergavenny, Torfaen, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Newport and surrounding arears and value a varied range of properties from Buy to Let to executive homes.The successful candidate must be well versed in social media, valuing and listing properties as well as coordinating diaries and sales chains.The role will require social media actions, valuations, listings and conducting viewings and negotiations.The successful candidate will be fully knowledgeable on the sales/lettings process, use of IT and operating systems of the major portals. There will be a training scheme that must be passed in order to progress.
They will also be expected to work to targets, follow a sales process and work as part of a team to meet the demands of the business.
There will be opportunities to earn branch referrals, mortgage referrals and business to business referrals. A background knowledge of lettings is essential.
The Person:
Proven experience in a similar role or understanding of property valuation/sales/lettings
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Social media savvy
Organised and can offer strong customer service Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Full UK driving license.
Hours
Tuesday & Friday Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 13.30 to 17.30
Saturdays Job Types: Permanent, part time
