\nWhat will I be doing?
As a Box Office Coordinator for Scullers Jazz Club at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston-Cambridge, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Artistic Director in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\tGreet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\n\tManage operations of the Box Office \n\tLiaison with Artistic Director, Production Manager, hotel staff (including Food & Beverage) to ensure all Scullers shows run smoothly\n\tPrepare nighlty will call lists, settlement sheets and special requests for hand off to appropriate person\n\tCustomer liaison to assist all guests with any questions/issues relative to ticket purchases and general information questions about Scullers\n\tAssist customers with jazz package hotel reservations\n\tPerform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes and/or dictation\n\tAnswer telephones\n\tExpedite correspondence\n\tPerform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed\n\tAssist with seating customers on show nights\n\tMust be able to work nights on Friday and Saturday\n\tExperience with TicketWeb ticketing system preferred, but can train\n\tSocial media and general Marketing to promote the jazz club and jazz club shows is preferred\n
