Part Time Security Agent

As a Security Agent at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will be responsible for ensuring safety of all guests and employees at Fanatics Sportsbook Locations as well as be the first point of contact with all patrons. Reporting into the General Manager or other member of leadership of the property, you will play an integral role on the Retail Operations Team.
Responsibilities
Compose accident or incident reports in a clear and concise manner Monitor critical application functions and infrastructure components via the provided monitoring tools; identifying, analyzing, logging and escalating all alerts as necessary Ensure the safety of all team members and guests Observe the operation for irregular activities such as theft, responsible gaming issues such as underage gambling and intoxicated patrons Maintain a daily shift log Check equipment for functionality and report / follow-up on any adjustments needed Understand all gaming procedures Maintain familiarity with the rules and regulations and internal controls of the state gaming operator of the locationExperience and Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in high end customer service field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays Appetite to deliver service levels above and beyond expectations Knowledge in the security industry with some gaming experience preferred Must be able to obtain and maintain any and all state licensingThe pay rate for this position is $20/hr
