This position is crucial for expanding our client's talent pipeline of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs). As the healthcare staffing market becomes increasingly competitive, the role will focus on identifying and building databases of qualified healthcare professionals to support the company's rapid growth and urgent staffing needs.
The Impact you’ll makeStrategic Sourcing\nResearch and identify potential resume databases and recruitment tools\nDevelop innovative approaches to find qualified SLPs and OTs\nBuild and maintain talent pools through university career fairs and professional networks\nBuild relationships with university career centers and professional associations\nDigital Sourcing & Research\nNavigate professional social media platforms to identify potential candidates\nResearch and engage with relevant healthcare professional groups\nCreate and maintain lists of potential candidates from various sources\nUtilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify qualified professionals\nDatabase Development\nIdentify and evaluate potential resume database purchases\nOrganize and maintain candidate information in Salesforce\nCreate efficient systems for tracking potential candidates\nAssess and recommend new sourcing tools and databases\nMarket Research\nMonitor healthcare staffing trends specific to therapy services\nIdentify new sources for finding qualified healthcare professionals\nResearch university programs with strong SLP and OT graduates\nMap out potential candidate pools in various regions\n
