Job Summary GW Hospital is seeking a Stem Cell Transplant Data Manager to join our Stem Cell Transplant & Cellular Therapy (SCT) Program. The Data Manager will play a vital role in managing the collection, abstraction, reporting, and summarization of data related to patients undergoing stem cell transplants and cellular therapies. This position requires managing lifetime follow-up data and preparing periodic and ad hoc reports as required by regulatory agencies, third-party payers, physicians, and researchers. This role supports the quality and regulatory compliance of the Cellular Therapy Program and reports directly to the Quality Manager of the Cellular Therapy Program. Key Responsibilities: Collect, abstract, report, and summarize detailed demographic, historical, outcome, and stem cell transplant data from various internal and external sources for patients receiving stem cell transplants and cellular therapies. Maintain lifetime follow-up data on each patient receiving a stem cell transplant or cellular therapy within the SCT Program. Ensure accurate and timely submission of required data to regulatory agencies, third-party payers, and internal/external stakeholders. Assist in the preparation and submission of periodic and ad hoc reports, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Collaborate with physicians, researchers, and other members of the SCT Program to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness. Assist with data analysis and reporting for quality improvement initiatives and research projects related to stem cell transplant and cellular therapy. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Quality Manager of the Cellular Therapy Program.
