The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
As a Part-time Student working with Construction & Forestry (C&F) Retail Credit for John Deere Financial Worldwide Headquarters located in Johnston, Iowa, you will:
Carry out simple report updating, and credit data management task
Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailed instruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software
Carry out a range of information management activities to support the administration of credit analysis, including data input, retention of physical or electronic evidence, and production of analysis and reports
Assist with other projects as needed by the team
This position is not available to students on immigration visas.
What Skills You Need
Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Must be registered as a tudent at a U.S. local accredited college/university
Work 10-20 hours/week during the academic year
Work up to 30-40 hours/week during the summer semester optional
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Good interpersonal and communication skills
General understanding of business objectives
Well organized and able to execute a project to plan
