As a swim instructor, you will teach students of all ages in accordance with the British Swim School aquatics program. If you are not an expert swim instructor, that’s ok! No experience necessary! We can train anyone on how to teach the way we teach, but here is what we do need from you:
You need to know how to swim. Ideally, you have an understanding of all four strokes and an overall appreciation for the water. You've got to love working with children and seeing them progress. You need to have a positive attitude and be ready to enjoy having fun at work. Having fun is mandatory! This is a year-round position, and we are looking for longer-term employees. This is NOT a summer job. Be able to potentially work weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday or both) Be able to start weekdays at 3:30pm. Have reliable transportation to any of our area locations. Provide references. Reference check prior to employment is required. Current West Seattle Location Hours: Sunday 8:45am-1:15pm, Tuesday 9:45am-1:30pm, Tuesday 3:45pm-7pm, Wednesday 3:45pm-7pm, Thursday 3:45pm-7pm. Additional hours available at our Burien Location on Saturday and Monday.

Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee (franchise owner).
