Part time Swim Team Coach Part Time • Delafield Responsive recruiter British Swim School, the leader in teaching water survival and swimming lessons, is in need of a highly motivated and experienced swim coach for our non competitive Barracuda Team. Our non competitive Barracuda Swim Team Coach will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will help our Swim Team members improve their swimming skills. Your role would include writing and leading Swim Team Group Workouts. They will also oversee registering new participants for the team. Job Duties and Responsibilities + Experience coaching, teaching, or working with children. + Fantastic communication and organizational skills. + Enthusiasm for and brand ambassador for the British Swim School program + Evening availability + Creates an educational, safe and inviting experience for all participants + Initiates, develops and maintains positive relationships with participants + Acts as the liaison between the Aquatics Department Head and Parents + Writes the season plan and workout templates for each location Position Requirements + Some swim coaching experience preferred + Competitive swim background with knowledge of all 4 strokes + CPR/AED certification required within the first 3 months of hire + Ability to work at both Delafield and Cudahy locations and manage assistant coaches The position is part-time with a flexible schedule based on the needs of the program. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach. We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool.
